@outlander,you just get the GP to check them if you're concerned. As for the blinds closed....I like them closed when I'm on my own.Yes probably shows my mood.Mother likes blinds open,on my own I like to shut the world out, especially with my days of depression and anxiety and paranoia at times.I know there's a chance it makes it worse....But I need that respite from the world.
In regards to Health Anxiety, there was a female on a morning show last week who has had it since her teens. She thought she had brain cancer, tumours, etc etc etc,I thought of you because that's the first time I heard it the term besides from you.💟

@outlander I've read your latest posts and I'm sorry once again things are so tough for you. There really isn't anything I could say that hasn't already been so well said. I just want to send you my support, let you know I'm thinking of you, and that I care. I hear you, I really do.

i am concerned @Former-Member i am very concerned about it and its making me paranoid because i know its there. its freaking me out. im hoping nightmares wont come as when i get worked up thats what happens, maybe its better to just not sleep tonight.
ive had it so bad befrore that i 'watched' the hpv virus actually spreading. like i was watching things from the outside as if a surgeon would see things and was watching it turn green. no idea why green but thats the colour that appeared- mayeb casue green means sick..

@outlander,I have many moles, had two out,one on forehead, plus another thing on the forehead which was cut over three times years ago.I have had a few checked I was concerned with and they were fine.I think you need to chill girl, yeh bloody good idea not sleeping so you can be a walking zombie tomorrow!Lol
That wasn't a show, just a women's experience on her health anxiety,I forget the rest but and how she overcame it.It is easy to believe you have something.I know last year when a stupid dentist told me I needed a tooth out.For six months, didn't go back,I was having tooth pain, petrified of a absess for neglecting it,and when I went to another dentist told I didn't need it out.The mind is so powerful under the right conditions.,..Like to have five minutes with that dentist for the stress he caused but.

I think it's the fact that you feel no control in your life @outlander, especially with your Mum today that's troubling you,not the moles.Im going to let you sleep now and I feel for @MDT too as I understand how it feels.
Talk tomorrow 🙋
