when is it time for hospital

The house is pretty quiet. Just me and pop here today.
I do have to go to the horses today but im waiting till about 11ish that way the people im trying to avoid won't be there. And i have to treat D for soreness as well.
Its either a night full of nightmares or panic attacks or its the depression state where all i want to do is sleep and even when i sleep im still tired.

Ive taken my pain meds so they have kicked in and im not really feeling much again which is good.
Not really doing ok. Yesterday is still hanging around and i havent even contacted Ds real owner yet to let her know she is going back to her. Im waiting on the property owner to tell me when my aggistment runs out and then i can give an accurate time frame. And i havent told my boss or my 'friends' yet and i know shites going to hit the fan and thats stressing me out even though i said it wasnt going to

@outlander I can see why you are so stressed you have so much going on in your life and it must feel like it is piling up on you. I can relate you are in my thoughts and I hope you feel better ❤️💕

Yes everything is piling up again and ive only been put of hospital for 2 days

I experience all those things too. Ive only been out of hospital for bloody 2 days and its all come crashing down yet again. I dont think my family thinks they just all attack me all at once!.
Ive cleaned the house so i cant get in trouble for that at least

It does suck @Ant7 i wish things were better but i cant see that happening
