@outlander - understand you have done three things you said you wouldn't do. It is hard to change overnight and so easy to get to old habits. The important thing is try persevering and that you can persevere with the support of your online friends. I forgot to tell you my friend that I went for the mental health first aid course a few weeks back. Eye opening and interesting. The facilitator mentioned this website where there are free online courses. It made me think of you? It is called mind health connect. Not sure if you heard of it and hope it gives you some help.
I read your other posts as well. Am glad you manage to hear the waves or at least imagine it. It is a good escape for you...so I hope. Even if it is temporary it is just that small moment if solitude. A calm moment to yourself.
Will try check in on you tomorrow as I am off to bed my dear friend xx

I hate when those panic attacks come. Tbh im not really surprised after the day I had yesterday.
I had a dreadfull night full of nightmares. I was up nearly all night and sleep I did get it was nightmares. Seen that coming too, if im not in a neutral state then flashbacks and nghtmares come.
There was many times when I thought I would just log back on here and hope someone was awake but I knew if I did that I probably wouldnt have gotten any sleep at all.
I didnt take my Ads or mood stabilisers last night. Ill have to skip that dose now. But at 4am the pain of my foot decided to slam me. I did manage to get up and take those meds though thank god for that so I only had to put up with the pain for 2 dreadful hours. I suppose tendoitis and 2 torn ligaments will do that to you.
So I spent most of the night listening to music, trying not to throw up and tossing and turning all friggin night.
Im glad I cancelled today. I need to let my foot rest some more before I go and run around again. And im tired, to tired so im staying home today
@Anony18
oh yeah I forgot you were doing that course.. how are you finding it? Ill take a look at the site you meantioned. I havent heard of that one yet.

Morning Miss @outlander!
Yes,hope the house is quiet for you today for some respite. It's shit when you have a bad night, especially with nightmares.Im the opposite,slept but wake up feeling tired ,I know it's my state of mind with the depression,esp hopelessness.
The panic attacks can vary in so many ways,it can be hard to identify them and they can change.
Hope you have a good day.💞 From Miss old Spinster @Lil1
