atm im having way to many suicidal thoughts for my likeing and also doing alot of damage self harming. my medications arent working and ive just had to start new ones, i dont sleep, i dont have an appeitie and i ahve bad mood swings and at the moment i want to get out and i want to leave

@CheerBear thank you for your thoughtful response. i am really stuck. i cant do anything and i dont know what to do.

i am making changes, ive started getting help from my gp, psychiatrsit, learning new coping strategies, tried to make new friends but that hasnt worked out well at all and ive done the study course and now ive jsut started another online one whihc requires manily watching videos about the different modules then answering a few questions at the end.

and nope today wasnt any less busy either- i need a break, im tired but do you think i sleep not a chance

i want to leave and get out. i know i cant jsut sit here but i cant seem to move or do anything.

im in a very bad place to be and i cant get out of it.

financial stress becasue i ahve to worry about a vet bill which is about to get bigger because i have to call them up for another check up for thats another 100 call out fee to add to the already 270 bill

those stupid bullies today yet again which im trying to ignore but its not very easy and im quite sick of it

Outlander I feel stupid too as well as disrespected by my family.My life always was less unimportant than anyone else, something I felt and was true.Im here tonight ,just took a slight calmative to numb my depression for the night because the thoughts aren't good.

I put myself down too ,there is nothing wrong with you except you are oppressed by your situation.
