Thats ok. I havent been active on here really. @Former-Member i havent been well mentally and im trying not to be a statistic. That being not letting depression take me.

Re: when is it time for hospital

I lied @outlander,or I m now not OK.Just had that awful "Be better if I was **** "thought.Had a phone conversation with a friend who I avoid a hour ago,who talked about people who agitate me,asked personal questions, which I avoid due to anxiety, asked me to go to lunch with her and her friends next week which I know I won't put myself in that position.Plus the questions were related to my unemployment and I know she gossips.I can visualize the doors to depression opening because it made me feel vulnerable and unsafe.I feel no hope.

I was alright today besides the usual distress on my walk.My brain perceive everything as a threat and I don't know at the moment I'm to live a life when I have spend my life keeping me safe which one day I read I can no longer do.

Oh @Former-Member
Its hard when friends question unemplyment and things. When really your not unemplyed if you think about it. Your a carer.
See how you go. It might be nice to go out for lunch.
But you dont have to go. Thats up to you.

You should pack up and move cross country with me lol. Seems we live in toxic environments and we are stuck where we are.

Hi @outlander

I am sorry you are having such a rough time and wonder why you bother - I have to ask - there must be something there that is worthwhile because you do "bother" - you are still here and I understand - you must still have something that makes you keep going

You need to figure that out

I do understand you are living in a severe toxic environment - you need to get out - or they do -

Perhaps you are holding on for your Pop - and that's a good reason

Thinking of you

Re: when is it time for hospital

Thanks @outlander,I'm not going for lunch ,make up an excuse if I hear from her, she's one that says one thing but you can't guarantee she will get back to you.Yes she questioned why I wasn't getting carers ,it's not something I want to discuss unless it's on here where you have your annomyminity and it's a private matterI don't want the carers or be in this position with my mother who can be very difficult.I think my reasoning is I know she goes and mouths to others about me I think that's the problem as gossip p****** me off, especially when I am a loser.Feel everyone is getting off on that fact.

Where will I meet you?Maccas?lol

Re: when is it time for hospital

Hi @outlander

I am okay - I took yesterday off and did some cooking - I ate half those cookies yesterday but I think they are better than something I buy - and I spent a lot of time clearing the hard-drive on my DVR - that is easy to do in bits and pieces but I think I have several copies of the same David Attenborough docos - which I love

I wrote this note as part of a message I sent someone else and I think you might understand this

When we attend therapy sessions we change - but those people around us who do not attend therapy sessions do not change and they will put pressure on us to return to our previous unhappy state for their own convenience

That's not exactly the same but it says the same - people are putting pressure on you to change back to what you were when you are striving for something better and you still need to hear the positive messages of life rather than the voice within you telling you everything is your fault - because it cannot be all your fault

And it will take thousands of messages telling you that you are a worthwhile person to erase the negative messages you have had all your life - but I am trying

Even if it becomes boringly repetitious

Re: when is it time for hospital

Ahh yes i understand that part about the carers @Former-Member
If shes going to compain about you now then going on to be her carers im getting the sense she might be worse as your the one who now HAS to do everything she wants where as atm you've got just thay bit to say im going to the shops on my own.
She wont let u have that freedom once u have a title like that.
And your not a looser. Not at all.
Your a worthwhile and caring and kind and strong and brave and courageous and ... take a breath.... sensitive , loving, worthy of good, and sooooo much more.

And yes maccas is a good spot. Im ready when u are lol

Re: when is it time for hospital

Hi @outlander

I have a new DVR - lots more apps and space on the hard drive - my old DVR was full of them but I don't think they are going to stop showing the Attenborough docos any time soon

The one I saw yesterday was about the fishing leopards - how clever they are and life can be so hard for them but the mother leopard successfully brought two cubs to maturity in spite of the hardships life in the wild provides

I know you are not going back to the way things were before but you are having a hard time staying in the improvement mode - if it helps at all I have been through that - and suffered ostracism from my mother but it is worth it

I am glad you read those sentences - if you can copy them and put them where you can see them - inside your favourite book -

And Iike the super-cute owl too - it let's me know owl good I can be if I am super-cute

Lots of hugs
