it never leaves me @soul the thoughts are always there and its getting hard ti ignore them. this is almost the pont i was at before. i dnt want it to get hat far but with no hope and no evidence that things are going to improve i just cant see a point arguing with the thoughts anymore

I'm sorry to hear that your thoughts are still in a dark place @outlander. Did you psychiatrist suggest anything for when you are experiencing such strong thoughts?

Hi @outlander,sorry haven't talked for two nights. Just wrote on oceangirls thread on depression and brain functioning.I'm OK but feel the door is opening into the depression room in my brain.
