Re: when is it time for hospital

Thanks @outlander
Just changed the sheets on my mother's bed ,while she was in the shower, panicked and did it in a rush so I wouldn't cop abuse as I know some not in a good place. She whinges or the time like yesterday which gets me down. I am a failure outlander put myself in a big hole with the help of so called professionals who did the opposite of help. Not using that drug again the other day either prescribed to relax you...Felt awful following day just taking one,the doctor said one twice a day.I had a nightmare too which is a side effect.I ripped up the script of them two years ago becausev the mental health nurse thought I needed them.I seen people at the workplace I was at who used them who you could tell were "spacey". That's not help.I feel really vulnerable to gossip and only way I can cope is to block it out.You try and believe things will change for the better but it's very hard to believe when you are severely depressed.
Yes find a Maccs with a Ronald MacDonald statue,we will sit with him.lol

Re: when is it time for hospital

@outlander, I'm sorry I haven't been around very much in the past few days, I've been very busy with family stuff. I'm physically and mentally exhausted. I'm just reading posts now before logging off and going to sleep early.

@outlander,this morning you were being my guardian angel and just now you are negative on yourself. So you didn't go to your therapist? So what?Do you feel any worse not going?I doubt it?You may feel less vulnerable tonight ?And for someone like me who was depended on them for a long time it's good you missed a session as you need to keep yourself going.

And you are tired!Woohoo does that mean those tablets to adjust your sleep rhythm worked? At least that's something girl.

Re: when is it time for hospital

i can still be a guardian angel @Former-Member im jsut more of a fallen one at the moment.

i want to get better but im so tired. exhausted more like it

im going to therapy tomorrow morning.

i odnt know what else to do.

if i dont go i fear ill get worse but i just, i just dont know anymore.

i dont know if its the tablets or the fact im sleeping around 3 hours a night often ending in panic attacks or night mares. and then getting up and 6 and not getting back home until 8pm thats like 14 hours of the day im working. and thats pretty much everyday 7 days a week. thats why i wanted that break on sat or sun but couldnt get it

Re: when is it time for hospital

I thought you were getting sleep @outlander,not good as when you are like we are you need to look after yourself. The nightmares are probably from medication? If you need therapy go.

Re: when is it time for hospital

Don't know if I can drive through the drive thru for a hour @outlander, we'd probably end up in gaol having a good snooze or in the mental hospital....At least then we'd know it's time for hospital!Lol
Can see the headlines now:"Outlander and accomplice spinning in Maccas drive thru!"lol

Re: when is it time for hospital

I just started getting into a routine but my anxiety and depression upset tye cycle. Its not my meds. Its my mood. Ive just started a mood stabiliser on sunday. If my depression is through the floor it brings out the worthless feelings abd brings out memories esp the SA ones. They are so graphic
I can feel as well as see everythinh and it give me a panic attack or i completely freeze.
If my anxiety is high im too rallied up to sleep.
I almost have to be in a neutral state to get proper sleep and lately im nit neutral.
And im getting flashbacks tonight because of something i read on fb in a paper advert about a girl being sa @Former-Member
