yep i know. i wish it wouldnt be like that. my boss is best friends with the person who actually owns D and i have a feeling ill loose my job if i give her back. and my friends are pretty much seemingly only being around me because i have her. they always snobbed me off after i sold my last horse.
my foot, is a might pain in the backside, literally now lol. i cant strap it because it puts an unbearable amount of pressure in my foot. its gets so bad to the point i wonder if my foots going to explode so i stopped strapping. ive tried 2 different orthotics. one works a tiny bit but its not doing much in terms of support or recovery. and this second one i wore for one day and when i was getting stabbing pains in my foot the whole way around. and since then i can hardly move my foot, and i get heaps of pain on the top of my foot and i cant move my toes. i dont know. this was done nearly 4 yrs ago. ive been loosing weight despite my psychiatrist calling me fat everytime i go there, but its not really helping either.
if you want to focus on one course at a time, then wait till your one finsihes. as all the courses start and finish at the same time so if you enrol now the first module is already a week in. but if you want to start two courses then id enrol now so its easy to catch up with. hope that makes sense....
but your able to enrol in any of the free courses any time, and theres no maximum number of the amount of free courses your allowed to do.

Hi @outlander
Different things work for different people for sleep of course but the things I do are to start with a herbal relaxing tea and honey and then some soothing music that doesn't have any beats, like classical. There is also lots of sleep meditation clips on YouTube which are good. Failing that, a boring/dense book might help. 🙂
The important thing is to surrender to the fact that for now you can't sleep and that's ok. The more we thing about the fact we can't sleep, the worse we make it for ourselves. It's not the end of the world when we can't sleep; so accepting this notion eases any anxiety about not sleeping.
Try and relax in to it. Good luck.

Hi again @outlander
Glad to hear that you're not anxious.
Usually if we stay on computers and phones (so phone games) the light upsets the melatonin levels in our brains which keeps us awake.
A book might be your best bet.
Take care.

Your story made me laugh out loud @Tui. Dogs can be the very best of companions can't they? I talk to mine more than I talk to people. She is dozing away on my bed right now beside me - very content.
