Re: when is it time for hospital

I think both could help with looking after the horses while you are away. The 6 year old can do what she can to help. Could you go in the school holidays to the retreat?

What other adults are at home other then you and your mum?

I think its time your mum took responsibility for her kids- she could take sick leave for you or take leave to look after her children. Its up to you what you do but there is always a solution if you really want to do this you can make this happen @outlander

Join the club outlander but try and make some kind of decision today.Only you can do that and decide.I think you have what I had, you are only "crazy"around your family ,but if you don't make changes it will affect your mental health.Whether the retreat will give you time away from the family and give your mother time to reflect on what she could do better who knows.

Ok you aren't going to the retreat ,try and make small gradual changes to your life outlander. You need to grow as I said yesterday,A retreat isn't the answer I don't think it was a appropriate suggestion to put to you or put in your head.I question if it is actual "help".Just keep seeing your doctor and psychologist etc weekly or fortnightly and think how you can make improvements to your well-being.If you keep procrastinating, that's not healthy. You probably need to give the drugs the chance to even out your seratonin levels because it's obvious you are unable to make a decision.
