when do you find its time to go to hospital?
im debating whether its the right move for me

@outlander whereabouts is the retreat.
what will they offer you if you attend the retreat?
I think if you think it will help go. You need to start looking after you and start making your way in the world. You are beautiful and sensitive person. I wouldn't go to a motel, spend the money for when you need it, you never know when you mite need that money.

The retreat is an hour and half away from where i live - cant name names
I dont really know much else about this retreat excrpt id be an inpatient for 4 weeks doing some sort of program and they have live in psychs and psychiatrists to monitor medication etc othet than that i dont know

you have been wondering for a while about hospital options/ respite?
if you go seems like theres not much you will loose out on?
it can be scary totally and emergency sitting in that waiting room people questioning you is the true face of anxiety but sometimes that might be what we need to help us out of where we are in.
sounds like such a silly things but i do the when i count to 3 i'm going to do .... this.
maybe you could set a goal like that to get yourself registered some where?
if you go seems like theres not much you will loose out on?

I think you should go to the retreat and let your mother take care of her responsibities. Do you have a friend that help with the horses while you are at the retreat?
