Yep - one day at a time. My daughter is loving her new job so that's really good. My dog is snoring gently beside me so that's something else that makes me happy @outlander
Did you end up working on a gratitude journal? It's all too easy to only ever see the bad stuff that's happening around us and to us and forget that there are some things to be grateful for.

Talk about being between a rock and a hard place @outlander
It's like "Damned if you do and damned if you don't" and whatever you do it won't be right - I already know that.
I guess you hang on as long as you can stand it - but whatever - you will be there when the sh^t hits the fan
I will be watching for the new thread unless you remember to tag some of us
Anyway - you never know what you might find in clip art - here's your message to let us know already prepared - and this is a polite version

Well @outlander
If you are in a twist then now is the time to get through a near-perfect storm of maternal condemnation
Otherwise - wait and see
You know - I have never heard of anyone being forced into having a Happy Birthday Party
What a bummer

im scared @Owlunar i dont want to make things worse.
but i know i cant wait forever.
it was suppose to be a surprise party.
it was being organsied since a few months ago when everything was 'ok' in everyones eyes except my friends new the difference. and everythings changed since hospital. my friends blocked my mother after i got out of hospital because i told them what happened th day i went in and some of the things that went on while i was there and they werent happy. so they blocked her.
my friends dont want to do whatever it is that she had planned but they wanted to take me out shopping and things after my birthday itself. they didnt want to take over the day that my mother had/has planned but apparently now that they arent coming it wont be the same plans. but its my fault. everythings always my fault.
its so frustrating, i know i ahve to get over the death of my beloved animal but i cant do it this quick. ive been avoiding going to the paddock today so i didnt go. i cant be there. i drove past and started crying becasue in the front paddock thats where all my memeories are. and they are as raw as anything. im going to have to pull myself together tomorrow though because the little pony is starting to suffer becasue i ahvent cleaned out the paddock for a few days and he hasnt been fed for two days. so i need to get my act together.
i didnt get half of the things i wanted to do today done though but i caught up on the things that could be done that i havent been able to do becasue of being too busy.
it was wayy to windy so i coudlnt wash the horse that needs it and i coudnt do 2 hours of yeard cleaning so tomorrows agenda is so full again and mums at work so i have to fit everything in before the kids get home plus an appointment and when mum gets home usually about 330 then i have to go and do more stuff as well
