Im greatly avoiding home atm @Owlunar
they were trying to organise a birthday party yes in october after the wedding as 2 weeks after they get back its my bday.
Yeah I really need some peace at home. I hate being at home. Im always in trouble for something or getting ignored or some other reason. And yes bad language is appropriate
I shouldnt have been driving today but I did. I know silly but I had to get out of the house before it got worse.
I cant go back. They nearly put me in hospital last night because of the distress and guess what they started on me again. I was habing chest pains. That is not good.
And i was having bery serious thoughts and the best thing i could do was to get out of there but be near people so ive been doing that today
Im on the edge on more and i dont know where ill end up.

Are the sleeping pills addictive @outlander?,have to wonder why they prescribed them unless it was until they could increase your meds.I know what it's like not to be able to go home or don't want to go home due to family shit.Know what you mean,I walk slow due to my left foot, hard to think of losing weight. How long have you had foot probs? The physio can costs too.
Wherever you are girl, whether it's sitting in your car,or just feeling alone I'm sending you hugs.Had to sit in the car at lunch to avoid going home and yes it does make life feel hopeless and makes you feel very alone.💔

Hi @outlander
Sounds like there was lots discussed withn your appointment today. Please remember that it's really important to discuss potential side effects with your dr. They will also be best placed to discuss with you your questions around melatonin if you feel you have unanswered questions.
I hope you find some relief from your foot soon- it's sounding really painful.
Take care, be gentle ![]()

no they arent addictive. They were presecribed to help get me sleeping and at least get it up from 2 hrs a night, they are giving me an extra 3 hours a night so they work abit.
I really done want to be at home right now. Ive been back at home for a little while now. I had an hour long shower and sat down and was falling alseep. No one was home so I had the house to myself.
Back in 2014 I had another bad horse riding accident which resulted in getting thrown from a horse. I was badly winded but I had to get back on as most know when winded you dont have much energy so as I was lifting myself back up I got up most way but fell back down but as I fell I landed on my foot and the ankle joint bent right down to the floor with my leg up straight and my ankle turned in with a lovely nasty popping sound. . it was really nasty. Luckily I had other riders with me and they ended up lifting me back on and I rode back home. We all thought it was broken but I could move my toes. I left it but that night night I was in the utmost pain. Ive never felt anything like it. So the next day I had an appointment dr ordered xray that was it nothing there. Stay off it he said for 6 weeks. Then again went back in unbearable pain and got an ultrasound and then podiatrists and abit of physio. But the physio and all their suggestions put me in anbearbale pain. You know the sort of pain that pretty much makes you throw up.
I still get that pain now. So now shes going to hopefully try to fix it properly this time.
Thank you for your hugs. While reading this I was alone and feeling very out of sorts. Sitting in my car and avoiding home makes me feel pathetic. Its like im not dafe at home. I mean I am safe but in other ways im not if you get what I mean

@Sans911
yeah I was gathering something about the body and that. She did meantion something like that before when she first gave them to me. Mustve slipped my mind somewhere.
Yeah im glad my Ads have been upped too, I really need something to take some sort of edge off, I know not to rely on medications as an overall thing but I really need something to take the edge cause Im not not coping as you can imagine.
I have to loose weight, ive been bullied so much before because of my weight. And I need to get fit so I can ride my horses as well. But also the more weight I have the worse my foot will be for weight bearing. Its so skrewed up. Im on arthritis tablets, thats what they are for so I found out today. Good that might help my neck too. Ive already got osteoarthritis in my neck too. So might help with that too.
Ive got so much riding on weight I cant afford to put it back on. I lost 10kgs a few months ago and ive put it on already and im trying to keep up with it it but healthy eating onlu doesn so much. I gota work for the rest. Everyhting I do seems to cause me pain whether it be my neck my back hip or foot. Yep got lota lota crappy body part.
I dont feel very young, in fact quite the opposite. It doesnt feel great saying im on arthritis tablets already. They think my foots has arthiritis in it too now.
It feels bloody horrible not being able to go home. Ive left home at 6 in the morning and then hadnt come back home until after 9 because I couldnt face being here. That day I was so bored and most of the time it was spent driving around and just sitting in different parking lots.
I still cant stand being here. Its making me really nervous, but my foot needs to rest. I had to do quite abit of walking on it and also ahd to run as well. Not a smart move.
My mental health has gone to crap. I dont honestly know what to do from here. I dont know anymore. Just when I think im on the right path something else goes.
I cant keep living like this. Something has to give. Anything. How I would give anything. I would trade my life, my soul- its evil anyway, to have a better life.
Yes a servant. A servant I am. A servant I was born to be. Thats what happens when im a mistake and deserve nothing more than being in agony either psychologically or physically.
You being here means a lot to me. It really does

@outlander,your post to @Sans911 just then I could say we're words that could've came from my mouth.I need weight off as it's a weight bearing issue with my left foot, the bullying about weight, and I spent a lot of time in my life sitting in the car avoiding home and doesn't the time drag?
Hmmm, the horse riding incident wasn't good,
Another thing the servant, that's how I feel as I said to Dec yesterday, it's like you weren't meant to be happy,it's like I pulled the short straw before I entered life.
Just hang in there @outlander,and elevate the foot, when it's bad you have to get off it.Your foot would be arthritic from the injury.Hopefully the podiatrist can help you with a orthotic.Ive got flat wide feet went to a podiatrist years ago who just drew around my feet, then a pair of shoes that costed me around 300 came back...I cried they looked like Bozo the clown shoes. Out of three siblings I got the abnormal feet.I get the melatonin tablets that reset the sleep pattern.💟
