I know your feelings are terrible @outlander and you feel as if you are responsible for the dog biting your sister

But feelings are not always right - they are real though - and tearing your apart right now

However you have not caused all the things that have happened around you

That's impossible - and the dog - it was at fault for hurting your sister - not you - really

I do understands about how you feel though

Hi @outlander

I know you feel as if you can't handle it all and you shouldn't have to

But what else can you do right now - mmmm - I know you feel as if the sky is falling and it's hard to breathe

But keep breathing -

Aw .................. tough sh^t really

Re: when is it time for hospital

i always handle things on my own. its not fair @Owlunar

i need to remeber to breathe would be a good start. its so difficult 😞

im scared Dec what if i never get better, what if i can never change

Re: when is it time for hospital

Yes - I know - it's really not fair - but the most important thing is to breathe @outlander

Can it change? Yes - of course - we have been talking about the need for you to find your way out and how hard that is

But things will be different - I promise you

An age ago my psychiatrist at the time assured me things would change - I couldn't see it and told him so - but they are all different now -

But the changes are mostly hard and it's not at all fair that you have to do all this alone

Yes sorry about your nan@outlander.

A warning on online dating....Don't.

I haven't told anyone this. When I moved away from the farm I couldn't get work, playing around with my tablet one night for fun,I made a profile.Didnt put my picture as I am very private.had someone message who said all the things you want to hear...Then he gave his picture. Not my type, looked like Santa x Billy Connelly, but I kept communication. He wanted me to go out to him one day,I couldn't do it.Then he said something online that was very disrespectful to me as a women, and I knew no trust and realized I was played.Im just glad I didn't go out there, hate to think what would've happened.I knew I was lonely, lost and not thinking, and he knew it.We aren't well outlander,I know I am vulnerable. It wasn't real, it's a way of escaping reality that's about it.

Re: when is it time for hospital

Hi @Former-Member

Some people on line are really weird and they attract the lonely in a bad way - and social media can be good but not on-line dating for sure

I have met a couple of people from on-line groups in person in a public place - I will never do it again.

A woman I used to have coffee and chats with in the past used to go out for sex with anyone she met on line - I told her this was dangerous but she went on doing it -

It's good you didn't go out with this guy - you are lonely etc and vulnerable and just looking for an escape - but you make yourself more vulnerable

Really hard to know what to do sometimes - not being well does have a way of marginalising us

I understand

Re: when is it time for hospital

Thanks @Owlunar,yes the day I was meant to go out there I couldn't do it because I didn't want to go because I knew it was for the wrong reasons and I wasn't attracted to him at all.It did affect me,that's why when the bloke I friended on FB this week who changed identify stressed me this week because I knew I did another online mistake out of sheer loneliness.I have been so lost @Owlunar.That was so out of character for me,never believed in online dating .
