So you feel responsible outlander for the dog attack?,shit happens outlander, and like the idiot scammer I friended on Facebook,or selling the farm to get my own life which backfired on me,the day I got I went out horse riding with a family friend who s.a me etc etc etc,I feel so responsible.Your sister is OK,make sure you are.Talk tomorrow outlander!🙋
PS:Can't tell my sister anything,my mother always interfered in my relationships with my sisters and if I say anything now,it's projected back onto me. especially with my unemployment and struggle with depression and anxiety. My mother always blamed me for things that aren't my problem and refused to see fault with anyone but me outlander.I will never understand her. Then I wonder why I have mental illness?

I have destroyed myself with built about many things @outlandersomethings that aren't my fault or things that happened that I always will live with. For example, the week before my HSC exams, early morning my father came back from going to work ,I was just getting dressed,he came in the door and said he forgot something,he was smiling.I said "oh",went in my bedroom, think I put toast on came out, opened the back door,he was laying on the cement path.It is believed,he went out like a light but I will always feel guilty.Guilty that he may had been out there d*****,guilty that I wish I said "I love you dad".When my niece was little,my collie suddenly bit her on the neck,I was responsible for that and I can see your viewpoint because if she'd done harm other than my niece very upset,I would feel guilty. But outlander your sister is okay remember that and forgive yourself.I understand completely the guilt,I live with it everyday

@outlander,the main thing is your sister is OK.I don't know the details but luckily wounds heal,it is just one of those things that happened, yes in reflection you may regret something or think you could had prevented it,but you are both here. You just have to deal with the trauma and the projected guilt on your shoulders. It sounds like you did the best you could and the fact that you got this remorse shows you have your attributes and that you only want the best for your sister.Give yourself that credit.😇

@outlander,you are beating yourself over something that's done, when I moved from the farm have a beautiful grey cat that looked like the grey cat off the dine cat food ad to my niece ,she was feral ,quiet only to me,she took off after night one,and with everything else gone wrong Everytime I think of "possum"(because she looked like one) I feel so guilty and ashamed of myself. She trusted me,like you feel the responsibility of your sisters .I can't give advice but if you keep procrastinating over what has happened or is over it risk you being there for them in the future, and they will need you then.I am one that has shut the world out over my built, gone to bed at the end of the day outlander shit happens.Like the idiot I friended on FB who changed identity ,I wish I wasn't so gullible and I knew better but it happened. My instincts told me different too.
