Good night Claire

Sorry you had a panic attack, I know they are horrible. I hope you've managed to take a breath and feel a little calmer now
I know you know it, breathing is so very important . . . so is sleep - I hope your sleeping now![]()
I'm lucky I don't get many panic attacks at home, I did when I was younger and when I've had partners. One day you'll leave home.
Lots of love, gentle hugs and fussing over you![]()

i just feel like im not good enough and i dont deserve to be here. i deserve all of this stuff thats going on. i know im not powerful enough to cause the chaos but im not helping the matter getting any better. To be honest i dont know how to fix things or help make things better.
Hi @outlander - you are good enough to be here and you deserve every good thing anyone is entitled to - all this chaos happening around you seems to me to be the problem caused because there is an unrelated male in the picture - this happens a lot and your mother needs to get a life herself - but that is possibly something she doesn't realise and you can never convince her
wow you were on TV! thats pretty cool despite it being for something not so good in your life and im sorry it was for that
your mother sounds jsut as bad as my bloody mother. cant win no matter what you seem to do anyway.
Yes - I have been on TV - I had the chance to say something about the system that had let my son and me down so badly - things changed radically - the Juvenile Justice System is a much better institution than in was in the past and every so often I ring up to see how things are going
And you are right about some mothers - you can't win no matter what - but this is in your favour - you will get older and you will be able to take make your own decisions - but you need to out from your mother and that man - you will in time - this is hard for you to see right now
im scared @Owlunar i jsut i dont know what to do. i now im stuck in a trap and i know things have to change but im scared. what if i move out and i dont cope? what happens to me then?
With the help of your therapists you can learn to cope - when I was twenty I had a future in accounting - I had gone to night school to get my qualifications and I think you are building a future doing these courses in medical terminology - a job as a receptionist in a medical centre would be really great
As for day to day managing - every young woman makes that step away from home - and it can be hard - but worth it - and I know you are afraid but the future is really hard to imagine - how can we make decisions about something we can't see yet? No need to worry yet - you have enough to worry about atm
About my thread - I know you are reading and listening - of course I am writing as an older person who has lived through the self-destruction of my son - his death - the problems with my mother - which you probably identify with - and the breakdown of my marriage and chronic pain. There is no need to comment on what I am writing if this is something you can't really know - there are many posts around - many people around - writing about life experieces with MI, SI and SH that I had very little knowledge about before I joined this forum - you are responding enough on your threads for me to know about your situation
And you were close to your Nan and you cared for her when she was dying - and now your Pop is your responsibility - you know what it's like to lose someone precious - I know you care
Hey - and yes - it just occurred to me that you can cope when you finally set up your own place - you are running your mother's house - you do a lot of work there - more than you should be doing without pay - that is a real positive for you
We all make mistakes - we have to live with those - a lot we learn from - I think I know what you are talking about but maybe not.
Your "Likes" are fine - have you seen that beauty I found in clip art
Nothing you have ever said has been too hard for me
