Have you showered girl?Go and have one if you haven't,I can't talk have to get my a** up somehow.Did have a good walk yesterday, could actually walk without stopping, only because I missed several days due to bad weather. My foot is good when I do nothing.Weight bearing exercise agitates it so it's a catch 22 situation.I'm eating too much of a night too outlander, eat for stress and comfort.Cooked a cake last night so I am a muffin.lol

Re: when is it time for hospital

I know it's hard outlander but I'm giving you the following advice and I want you to consider it.

Five years ago my mind wanted my body to rest,I gave in to it,my life went AWOL,have a rest but do what you can to keep your life in momentum, otherwise you will only go deeper in a big hole that is harder to get out of.Go to the horse later and do anything to take your mind off unhealthy thoughts as it takes your energy for life and everyday living.love you friend, even though we have never met.Talk tonight.🙋

Re: when is it time for hospital

im abit flustered and overwhelmed atm

my friends horse come down with some ailment and couldnt work out what was wrong. and the owners away and my other friends are at work on night shift so i had to do it all on my own. ive made a decision to give some pain relief and leave hijm in a yard overnight so i can monitor him and my friend whose off night shift tomorrow will check him in the am for me.
.another thing is ive jsut realsied i havent done any of the homework ive been given by my psychologist yet and theres 4 tasks to do im worried about my pschologist appointment tomorrow and whats shes going to say about the BPD.
another thing im worried about is the fact that i ahve BPD, is it going to destroy me? is it going to get worse? will i be able to get a handle on it?

Re: when is it time for hospital

@outlander - your a smart girl Claire, don't doubt yourself and how clever you are. Set some time ahead today, even if it's small blocks, to get your homework done. Can I help you with it?

Why do you think your psychologicist is going to do about your diagnosis? What's the best or worst that might happen. Don't let your Bpd define you; it's a diagnosis, a tool to help you understand yourself better, not a definition of what you are and who you can become. Because you have control of everything, you really do. And you can handle it, one day, one step at a time

Re: when is it time for hospital

my homework is 4 tasks @Sans911

1. list all my triggers

2. list all the coping strategies ove done whether they help or not. and how i do them

3. list the things that i enjoy

4. complete the homework the psychiatrist gave me and take that in too

i dont know whats goignt o ahppen, i dont know what to think or how shes going to react. i jsut dont know really.

one of my worst fears is that she wont be able to help me and ill have to find yet another psychologist.

or she will pressure me into teling my mother about it
