@outlander yes, I am still here keeping an eye out. Sounds like you're having a tough time too. You've been really supportive of the other members tonight, thank you.

I'm wondering what you might be able to do to show yourself some of the same support to lighten your anxiety?

Re: when is it time for hospital

Its easier to support others @Former-Member
Usually keeps me occupied
Unfortunately its another all nighter trigger and its upsetting me because i cant control it.
Last time I had an all night trigger i had 2 panic attscks that woke me up from sleep and effects of it hung around for such a long time. I took my tablets already knowing this will happen so they are done this time. Not sure what i can do for all nighter triggers

Just try and chill outlander, other you are feeding it and talking yourself into having one.The skill of switching off is hard. Are you a book reader?Might be a good idea to get into reading to divert your thoughts.

@outlander it's good to hear that you've taken measures to try and limit the anxiety.

Perhaps you can consider other self-soothing things you can do that you've done in the past to try and put your body at ease.

You could always contact one of the support services too; they're not just for critical situations. Yes, they are call "crisis" support services, but crisis is subjective so if you're having a tough time there are people who would be willing to talk to you.
