What triggers them outlander, maybe you need to identify and work out strategies ,and if that means taking your sleeping tablets so be it.I take my calmatives when I'm bad, told you I got script off doctor but I don't know if I want them in the house because I am afraid I will SC when my depression and anxiety is bad.Its knowing how to manage yourself outlander, someone who sees you for 0-60 minutes, sometimes can't do that.

@outlander even though you feel you know what the helplines will say, sometims it can be good to hear a voice and talk through how you are feeling. I do hope that things get better for you tonight.

Good night Claire @outlander Take your medication, if your Sisters wake and you don't, their Mother will tend to them. Sleep is so important.

By the sounds of all the physical work you do, I wouldn't be surprised if your putting on a little muscle.

Worry about finding a peaceful calm in your mind, before you worry about being a Mother to your Sisters or whether it's fat or muscle.

Sleep well and peace be with you

Lots of love, hugs and fussing for you XxX

Re: when is it time for hospital

Hi @outlander. Take your tablets. You need look after yourself first before you can look after them. If they need you they can wake you or your mother. She can tend to them and she should as a responsibility as their mother. Look at it this way. If you don't sleep you be tired tomorrow and it be harder concentrate and be alert. When I lack sleep I know I function slower and I get more irritated easily. Not sure if that's how it may be for you.
