when is it time for hospital

she keeps saying ive come along way. i might ahve come along way but your clearly not listening to what is happen now. in this present moment and few weeks.

hospital did good- ill give it that

but where to from here. really i dont know.

this ones going to be an all nighter and all dayer so im not looking forward to it. @Former-Member
its set my health anxiety off and im super trying not to go onto google

this health anxiwty is driving me nuts. i cant control it. ive used up all my coping strategies!

Outlander,there was a time I looked at these "professionals"to solve my problems or "cure me"- never happened, because it wasn't the right approach to my problems.I put my trust in these people when at the end of the day,I needed to put trust in me and somehow you need to put trust in yourself,whether that is making a strategy to cope of a night by reading a book to divert the thoughts,or listening to music, whatever works for you and you are the only one who can do it. 😑

im suppose to be taking my sleeping tablets but i cant im too scared
what if my sisters need me in the night
what if i miss something
what if i cant wake up

@Former-Member i hope you can get yourself out of that hole. take some of you own advice you give some good stuff in there
