when she meantioned the weight gain @Former-Member it kinda shocked me. it does relate to the medications though but she was looking and speaking like you need to cut the crap out and exercise more.
i told her i eat healthy- the only unhealthy thing ive had it one choclate- a small freddo frog and then as a treat we went out to maccas but other than that we have lots of fruit and vegies.
i exercise- alot- i walk alot and that includes catching horses, and putting them back and walking from place to place- the driveway is a kilometre long and is mostly uphill and i walk that a few times everytime im there so everyday, plus i have done paddock cleaning 12 hours in 3 days so far plus what i do at home and around the house and with the kids as well

Yes as said she sounds like she could've approached it in a better way,and if she knew what you do, there's no need give you "advice"on exercise. Be better if she gave advice on these night anxiety attacks.

@Former-Member 😞 i dont know
i dont 😞 😞 😞
i dont sleep well becasue of all this.
learn distress tolerance skills- wtf does she think ive been doing for months and its not helping
i told her- i think im relapsing backwards- and told her everything about homelife not great, meds not really working, not sleeping properly, avoiding things, high anxiety attacks esp at night, lacking motivation and concentration, and hating everything life is offering and would rather be at home- the main big one is hating the horses- i know thats a sure sign
