Yes after over 4 years of counseling all it did was make my life a joke, and the humiliation...As I said most of the time came away feeling worse and more vulnerable. At the moment outlander, the main thing is the medication,if you have to be on it it is so important for it to be the right ones otherwise they can do more harm than good.
I don't know either outlander,as I said the other day my doctor said he finds it better if people just ",check in".When I was young I would veg out with the dogs and cats on the back lawn....I think that was the best form of counseling I ever had because you knew they got you .

Outlander, just see what tomorrow brings, only make a change, when YOU know you can do it,and not as a means of escape as you aren't in the frame of mind to make changes unless you really know it's what you need.Just focus on your breathing and getting through the night.
I question this medication you're on,you shouldn't be having these symptoms by now, explain to the psychiatrist tomorrow.

Hi @outlander I'm very sorry to hear what you're going through and wish I could be here for you more.
Unfortunately I'm also having a bipolar episode of hypomania and just barely managing to keep it seeming as if I haven't lost the plot again, so I really have to look after myself at the moment. I miss our talks but I have no energy left over at the moment. I will try to get some sleep and contact you again when I've rested. I only had 3 hours sleep last night and have been averaging about 4-5 hrs a night for over 2 weeks. Just not enough. But I will probably be very alert again within a few hours so will see if you're online then. Have psychologist and psychiatrist tomorrow. My meds have been changed too. Sometimes it takes weeks to stabilize on them after starting.
Hope you get through the night safely, thinking of you.
