when do you find its time to go to hospital?
im debating whether its the right move for me

thats ok you can feel however you want about the drs as long as you go ok @Former-Member
i hope your mother gives you some space as well- mmust be driving you nuts not to ahve space. i get that too jsut from my own personal experiences as you know.
i really hope tomorrow goes at least ok for you, my fingers and toes are crossed for you

i find i connect to people on here who are complete strangers better, in saying that they arent really complete strangers. most people on here know me better thn my own famil does. my family knows me for who i was not who iam, at the moment im more jsut an entitiy that is livng around them.
aww you poor thing, ive been there and i have no doubts by the way things are going it wont be lonf before i hit that stage once again. is there anything that will and can help you to reduce those feelings and thoughts...?

even jsut sitting here with you, letting you know your not alone in any of this. the power of the forums is very great and jumps off the screen at me, even when i was in hospital i could 'feel' the forum family with me. i can only hope it does or will do the same for you. you very much deserve a guiding heart too

Its insane who it can work out, isn't it. How a complete stranger can know your true self and feelings more than the person sitting next to you. I have never truly been able to open up with anyone. Being mute in my daily life, makes people shut me off.. brush me under the carpet and then blame me for everything... and anything to do with why I am in that position.
I dont know what to do anymore 😞 I have not even a sparking light to be found anywhere.. and I hope you never reach that point again. I am glad you felt the presence of those on the forums in a place that can be so isolating and so hard.. and so distressing. You know.. due to the inability to talk, I am now denied access into hospital for mental health reasons even after being admitted previously 9 or so times in the last year.. not including medical admissions for suicide attempts.
Then i either get the short term treatment in hospital or I have to sit at home and fake out of fear every day of my life just waiting for the next drastic crash.. I am at that point 😞 Nobody is willing to support me in the long term of things.. I am too difficult.. too frustrating.. can't be understood

I can sit with u a little while longer. Ive taken the super strong sleeping tablets so if i dont reply ive fallen asleep or too distressed by nightmares to come back on but i thought id let u know that im not ignoring you and i still care heaps 💖😘😘💕❤💚
