Thanks for support outlander but I now try to swear never to put myself through it as a way of protecting myself.This doctor for example back in March tried to offer mental health help,he gave me a talk on being "happy",and like all the others it's like it's a lecture from your father.I came out feeling more vulnerable,and didn't know what to do with myself,felt that with mental health many times too,come away feeling worse.He means well,but after years of counseling,realised antidepressants are their solution to my problems,they aren't mine,not going to help either as it's my life,my environment,and if I can't have control over my life,no one else can help.I have a great distrust of the mental health help,as it help me make my life worse,not better.Going tomorrow outlander,but not optimistic about anything besides making a further joke of myself.

@Former-Member
a very talented writer indeed.
i very much do understand the lack of concentration. i find it very hard to concentrate on things out of my interest area and sometime in my interest area.
oh yes the brain is so complex and the science behind so mnay things is unbeleiveable. and to think people had to discover and study all of this to make these things known!

@Former-Member yep a flat line it is, i suppose thats why we have to continuously keep ourselves in check otherwise we just loose it all together.
keep talking on here if it helps you to relase things too. i dont mind at all and if itll help you thats even better. your not alone here and everyone here includng me knows what its like to be in these positions. i remeber not to long ago w were talking and realising how much our lifestyles are the same esp with unsupportive families etc.
if your not up for being here, thtas fine too- we will still be with you in spirit and watching tv or reading a book with you as you go along ok

Thanks for support outlander,let you know how it goes.Not optimistic at all,I have hopelessness everywhere,at the age of 45,can't even go on my own for a few hours due to a mother who is too self absorbed to see someone who needs to breathe.I have had too many environmental triggers recently which are like little minefields in my head, feel like my survival skills are limited.Just hope I don't humiliate myself further.I could relate to you yesterday when I got highly distrssed in bed,started pulling at my skin,never done that before,it scared me,like something was in there I wanted to pull away.I have very negative "give up ",thoughts.
I'm signing off because I don't think we are any help to you tonight outlander,besides reminding you we have similar problems.You sound like a completely different person who has confidence.
