when do you find its time to go to hospital?

Wow! God i hate the way anxiety does that!
My anxiety is through the roof despite taking all my meds. Its so hard to describe 😞

Im stuck i dont know what to do
I've tried the shower and drawing and listening to music and reading but its not working
I feel so irritated byt i dont know what im doing nor fo i know i can stop it. Its tightening my chest and making me feel really weird
My anxiety is through the roof despite taking all my meds. Its so hard to describe 😞

lola here....sorry to hear that your anxiety is through the roof and you've tried everything! that must be so frustrating. It just might be the time to let it go by practising some Mindfulness techniques...are you aware this practice. It can be so wonderfully calming. Give it a go!

It is frustrating
And im tired @lola and just when i think ill go to bed something else stirrs up. And its not particularly comfortable ehen everytime i breathe out i get the falling heart feeling

Yes ,to me those kids should've been made to sit in their seats,whether it's full of kids or what,it's disrespect when everyone is watching the movie and doing the right thing.The movies are for me to relax,last time was good,I had the cinema to myself watching 50 shades of grey darker (glad,the sex scenes were shockers!Lol).
When you go to the doctor just check the meds, they might be slow acting but you hope they will ease the anxiety of a night,they may not be right if they aren't.💕

Well im seeing yet another psychologist tomorrow arvo
This will be my 6th one and i dont want to go to her. I can see its going to be pointless because its mums psych. Why would i open up about her and her bf when they have already rung up and talked about my circumstances from their point of view
