The psych should realise that there are always two sides to any story (sometimes three - what actually is the truth 😆) Can understand your frustration in yet another psych and starting from scratch @outlander.
Whilst it did me good to get things off my chest, I have discontinued my psych visits. For me, it's a case of accepting what I can and cannot change, knowing that the only thing I have control of is my attitude and trying to move forward. Finding the smallest bit of happiness where I can. Living in the moment, not getting bogged down in the past and not fretting about the future.
Easy to say but not the easiest thing to do. Definitely a work in progress that hopefully I will get better at.

@Former-Member @soul@Shaz51 im not going to re explain myself again. im just getting help wth the things i need help with for that particular session. i think its the easiest thing to do. and at the moment its adjsuting back to normality and right now i wish i was back in hospital. my mood is up and down still and ive hit a slump. i cant talk to my family as much as they want me to, i just cant.
i actually dont trust them and thats a sad thing but my past says otherwise and their reactions before are sticking to me like glue. i dont think they ahve changed only making a bit more effort for me not to watch the kids but thats it.
i actaully want to go in there tomorrow and speak the truth- which is all that seems to come out of my mouth. mum and her bf mainly her bf which is pi**ing me off is that if this psych says i should be and i needed to be in hospital then they will believe me. so really thats telling me they dont really beleive me now anyway.

Good night Claire
@outlander 🙂
When you say it's your Mum's psych I wonder if you mean you Mother goes to appointments with them? If that's the case, maybe they know your Mother well; and perhaps they might have a better idea what your going through with her? I'm proud of what your doing, how hard your trying 🙂 Don't give up, your doing really well
Sleep well and peace be with you.
