@outlander I think writing it out for her is a really good idea. I gave my psychologist a 14 page story of me life and it helped enormously. And you can just write a little at a time e.g. each day between now and your next appointment.

Oh wow. Im only there for the sa atm. Im trying to target it specifically kinda like a list though i know i have to work everything else out too abd everything coincides with each other but maybe if i can get abit of this under control it might help abit @eth

I had a really big day today, some medical news and then an intake appointment for a course for women who have experienced family and domestic violence that went for over an hour so I also need to look after myself tonight.

@outlander I really experienced today how distressing it can be to tell your story to a new person, but I knew it was for the best so I can process and work through more of what happened to me in a safe space. I wish it could be like that for you. Yes it feels risky but it's for a better future.
