I'll be here till 11.45, then another mod will take over and I can confidently say that they will also watch over you. be kind and gentle with yourself and hopefully sleep will come soon. lola

it's natural to feel scared and worried about your appointment. so remember you have to be gentle on yourself tonight so that you can be at the appointment both physically and mentally. so for now try put the worry to one side and try some mindfullness to help to settle for the night. you can't change or anticipate what will happen tomorrow at the appointment, so best to replenish your reserves so you face the day......you can do it! and you have the support from all off your friends and mods cheering you on for tomorrw!

@outlanderHi there, just wanted to let you know Im awake for a little bit longer if you want to talk. I have seen you are having such difficult times, and am sorry to hear that. I just got out of hospital today; I have gone back on AD meds and was being kept there for safety. But now I don't feel really safe at home either. Depression just sucks. Drop by and say hi if you like. And I will be thiinking of you tommorow.

Goodmorning @Sans911 i hope you got some sleep last night. Im sorry you were in hospital but im glad your getting the help you need as well. My situation is so complex i cant get to a hospital and i need a break- as you might have read- ive already done way to much damage and yet it still seems not enough of that makes sense. Going to hospital for a few days to get my meds sorted and to make it more safe for me as well but i cant get there.
I go to my gp at 10am and im nervous but at the same time tired and already defeated. I dont think ahe can do any worse to me than what is already being done except bring out needles that is the one thing thatll make it worse. Unless she sedates me and i dont wake up for a few days or at all. I gotta go do the sick horse this morning but im.not going. I dont feel up for it and im too sore to.move anyway.

Good morning, hoping you got some rest overnight. Sorry for your pain @outlander. I'm glad the moderators watched over you. I hope you do get to the Dr this morning.
I had a crap night here, 5 hrs of broken sleep. Lots on my mind. But I had a really good talk about it all with my adult child after I got off the computer last night. So much DV detail coming up after my appointment yesterday.
