So sorry that you didn't have a restful sleep. Sounds like you have had a rough couple of days.
Is there any chance you could snuggle up with a blanket and watch some TV...

Ive got my psych today too and j d ok nt want to go. Im tired and I thinknim stressed enough as it is
My pillow was wet when i eventually moved so i mustve cried even in my sleep.

Just the fact you are here tells me a part of you is alive and wanting to find a sense of hope again @outlander. But I agree, they have been terrible to you - read through last night's posts. Here for you for a while. Heads up I have a 10.15 ap't at my Dr's but can stay on here til about 9.30.

I was in a deadly state last night. Not good at all and still not much better. Im glad it happened last night because i went and cuddled up in bed and fought sh urges. If it had of been in the morning i dont know what wouldve happened.
I eont have power today after 8 oclock until 4oclock this arvo so no tv or watching movies today. I just want to hide away and never come back @eth

Ill have to leave at 915 to get to psych appointment so prob wont be back on until lunch time. Ive got to do the sick horse again and i didn't even do my own horse yesterday so im going to see her. @eth

I understand how you are feeling @outlander and commend you for not acting on SH urges. Nobody here wants you to hurt yourself in any way.
Get your batteries charged before the power goes off!!

My computer is fully charged. And my portable wifi modem is fully charged too. My car has a power cord for my phone. My phones the one i use the most esp since ill be out until 12 just at the psych then another half hour at sick horse and another hour or so with new horse so i think ill be set until 230 when the kids get home. Its them that are going to drive me bonkers for an hour. And everytime after that. I think if im up for it ill get a few craft otems for them to do. @eth
