I hope you will be okay - I hope to catch up with you in the morning -
I am sure there are agencies that can help you - but I think the best way is to get some help from a therapist to help you learn to stand up for yourself - this can be learned - I did this myself - though I tended to be aggressive rather than passive
It's very hard for you - I can tell - and I am glad you will be okay tonight and will tag the moderator if you need to - but I have already let them know you have had a bad afternoon and evening

Im still feeling the same only now the full on flashbacks are starting now. The ones i can hear see and feel and i dont know how ill go with these tonight
