I completely agree with @Owlunar sorry we can't help on here as we are not medically trained, but it sounds absolutely horrible and sounds like you absolutely need to get to a GP, home Dr or hospital if it is serious... I really hope you get it seen to!

I am concerned about infection if this is an abscess that has burst - and people do get abscesses
I hope you go to a hospital - and have it assessed by the people who know the most about these things

I understand that you are scared to go to a hospital because you don't know the people there - and you would no doubt have to wait for the Home Visiting Doctor also - but you could still call Nurse on Call - then you only have to speak to someone on the phone
You must be feelling really rotten and helpless right now
