What do you do when you arent feeling safe but you dont want to go to the hospital and helplines arent working? Also what do you do when distractions and all of that stuff isnt working either?

i cant go there not tonight i will get into trouble with my dad if i had to go anywhere near there plus they cant help me there

Is there are reason your dad would get upset with you? I'm worried that he may not know what you're going through. Does he understand how distressing things are for you right now?

my dad doesnt know anything and i need to keep it that way he does not always understand these sorts of things.

my mum is not here currently she is away so right now i cant ask her anything. @CherryBomb i have 2 sisters

I know you have a volatile relationship with your Dad and not having your mum there must be really difficult @Eden1919 How do you get on with your sisters?
