Hey @Eden1919 if there's one thing I know it's that dogs have unconditional love. So your baby is not going to care if you wake him/her! He/she will be stoked to be in you arms. Wake that fur baby up and have some cuddles.

Re: Safety

I had a shower. I still feel terrible though everyone hates me and nobody wants me around except maybe you guys but all of my family wants me gone I am just a big nuisance to them especially my dad I don't even know if I can speak to him again maybe I should run away or maybe I should just end it all that would solve a lot of problems for everyone.

@Eden1919 I think we all want to see and hear from you @Eden1919. What kind of professional help do you have? I am bit worried about you- what are some options you have to get some help. We all need help at times. I think you need to find the right help and support for you buddy. Sending you strength and love.

But I think tonight you should try and focus on getting some sleep and looking after you. Just remember you are worthwhile and special too. Take Care

Re: Safety

Hi @Eden1919 Ckecking in with you this morning. It seems like you were still having a really tough time last night. I am glad that @oceangirl was around for you - she is pretty awesome! I I hope you are feeling a little better this morning. Just a reminder that I believe in you - you continue to get through each day despite how low and scared you are feeling - this shows incredible strength and courage. Even though you don't see this in yourself, I am here to remind you and encourage you. As always Eden - baby steps - minute by minute, hour by hour and day by day - this walk is a slow one but we are here to walk beside you, hold you up when you can't stand yourself and encourage you to to keep putting one foot in front of the other.

Sending you love, strength and hope...

Re: Safety

Thank you everyone I don't know what to do I haven't spoken to my dad since the whole incident and now I am scared to leave my room I am not ready to speak to him yet I am still really paranoid too and I am just not coping that and I am about to fail uni which is not helping. I don't know what to do anymore I can't keep doing this I can't.

Re: Safety

Hi @Eden1919 It is not surprising that you don't want to come out of your room or speak to your dad yet. You went through a lot last night and the effects of that emotional turmoil will still be with you. Take your time today in finding your feet - you don't need to push yourself to do anything but get through the day. If you feel that staying in your room gives you some sense of safety then that is what you need to do. When (and if) you see your father try to remain calm and not engage in extended conversation that may lead to another argument - it is ok to walk away from a discussion that you feel is increasing your anxiety or making you feel scared or unsafe - this is self-care buddy.

Hug Dog and Bunny and look after yourself today - uni and everything else can wait for now - tackle that when you are feeling a little less emotional and safer.

Here for you...

Zoe
