What do you do when you arent feeling safe but you dont want to go to the hospital and helplines arent working? Also what do you do when distractions and all of that stuff isnt working either?

@Faith-and-Hope yes i write things down and give it to them often i just dont know what to do now because they (G and S) are making me do things and ugh i cant explain it...

@Eden1919 I can relate to having beings tell you what to do, it sounds very similar to what mine do. Hugs. I'm sorry I don't have advice I don't cope with mine either.

@Zahlia I am trying to be safe I just am having a hard time cause G and S keep putting thoughts into my head and telling me to do things and i just i feel really bad. it is hard to explain. i dont know what to do.

It sounds horrible what you have to go through 😞 Is it hard to ignore those thoughts?

I really dont know what to do I saw my psychologist and he said i needed to consider hospital i am scared he said he was going to call my caseworker and talk to them about it. i dont know what to do.

@Eden1919 I am going to be really straight with you buddy - I hope you take it as intended.
I think you should seriously consider hospital too - I know that is a very, very scary thought (as it is for me) but you really are not coping at all lately and I am very concerned about you. I am so very lucky to have the professional support that can allow me to stay out of hospital and keep being monitored/looked after while remaining at home - and I trust these people. You do not seem to be able to place any trust in anyone (maybe me a little - but after this post maybe not!) and that is definitely getting in the way of you receiving the care and attention that you deserve. Ultimately the decision is us to you - and I will stand by you with whatever decision you make - but please for your own safety and wellbeing - consider this very carefully buddy.
