My highlight of the day was talking to my mum on the phone. She's coming interstate to visit in about 10 days. After not seeing each other sinceApril last year, we are both so looking forward to being together.

Today.....I have 3 orchids blooming, the white moth orchid has 24 blooms, the greenish tinged one has a dozen and the purple wee one almost a dozen....how could I be sad with that!

Highlight of today was the walk around the school, followed by a wander through some trees with my companion, looking at strange formations of ro-ots and trunks. There were a few trees with trunks that grew out almost at right angles, maybe from wind. Another tree I saw had 'arms' stretched up high and wide so that it looked like someone opening up for a hug. I struggled with my lungs a bit during the walk, there was a bit of pain involved in the gain. But it was worth it and lifted me into better spirits for the rest of the day.

The highlight of my day was that when I went to see my psychologist today, she had a container of little easter eggs on the table. At least, the container had easter eggs in it at the start of our session. I think she had two and I had...um...er...more than two. She complimented me on my capacity to consume chocolate at an amazing rate. What can I say, it's a skill.

I am feeling quite good after the session. Therefore, on the basis of this totally unrandomized uncontrolled trial with a sample size of one (sea turtle), I am declaring chocolate to be an evidence-based treatment for BPD. @CherryBomb @NikNik @Former-Member @CheerBear @Spookytookims @Former-Member

Highlight of today here was completing what may be the final draft of the video project I've been working on lately, the one that gave me a fair bit of grief last week. Feeling of satisfaction at having continued on with it despite some high anxiety over it. Feeling of anticipation now that I'm waiting to hear whether my collaborator agrees this is the final draft.
