The Highlight of Your Day thread

I thought it might be nice to have a place to share the highlight of your day (even if it's found in a fleeting moment) 🙂

For me today, the highlight of my day was finishing the most annoying round of crochet in a blanket I have been working on for months. This round has taken me so long and I've found it so frustrating that I didn't think I would ever finish the project. Stitch by (incredibly frustrating) stitch it came together. Super excited to get to change colours and start the next round now!

Looking forward to hearing anyone else's highlights 🙂

That sounds so lovely @Molliex (though sorry to hear your daughter is sick). Great to hear you were able to be present for that for both of you, even though you've been in that hard space this week. Go you 💕

My highlight has been hearing encouraging things happening during a really difficult time for everyone.

Sometimes small acts of kindness can get overlooked, but they can make someone’s day bearable.

My highlight Was this afternoon when being invited to Albany down south on Western Australia for one week by our acquaintance - we went to high school and primary school with him.

I didn't hang out with him. He was cool. I wasn't.
