Hello Everyone 
Saw a Dietician yesterday -- and she talked about Self care -- Food, salt, sugar and water
How much water do you drink a day ??
How much salt do you have a day ??
Sugar -- how much a day ?? do you have fruit and veges everyday , salad
she has challenged us to eat mor heathlier in the month of Apri
Who is going to join me or have some wonderful hints and tips to share

Was grateful yesterday when I got th e phone call yesterday to say it was there and grateful not have to cook when I got home tonight tired and depressed.

Practised self care today and had a relaxation massage. Walked there - half an hour up a slight incline. Time just flew so I think I may have fallen asleep. I checked the time on my phone and sure enough an hour had gone by. Not sure if I should feel cheated or grateful that it lived up to its name.
Must do this more often.

There is a remedial massage therapy place I have been wanting to try out.

I got a cheap voucher deal on the internet that was close to where I live @Determined. Missing those Thai massages and foot reflexology sessions I used to get when I spent some time there. Cost about $6 for an hour.

MIL lives next door @Shaz51, Mum lives across town.
Children go to MIL on a monday night for dinner while we go shopping, Mum picks them up from school on Wednesday and brings them home for dinner, we take it in turns to cook. MIL next door is ok, mum next door would be hard work. Sister next door would be unberarble (she lives with mum).

Yes my MIL and SIL lives 35 minutes away -- which makes mr shaz very happy
my mum lives 5 minute drive away which is ok

Mum ok @Shaz51, really appreciate her being close by especially at the moment, just would expect to many visits if she was too close, if I did not drop by often enough she would think something was wrong. things have improved but a ways to go yet.
