Saw a Dietician yesterday -- and she talked about Self care -- Food, salt, sugar and water
How much water do you drink a day ??
How much salt do you have a day ??
Sugar -- how much a day ?? do you have fruit and veges everyday , salad
she has challenged us to eat mor heathlier in the month of Apri
Who is going to join me or have some wonderful hints and tips to share

Still trying to convince myself to eat something here... all seems too hard at the moment.,
I know if I don't my reflux will be unbearable in a couple of hours so need to eat something.

tonight cod, home made chips and peas. italian fresh bread.

well last night we had sausages and mushed sweet potatoes, mixed veges and pumpkin -- yum
for breakfast i had left over veges heated up
for lunch hubby wanted a giant sausage roll , wow
