Unfortunately the walk to the shops isn't very interesting apart from a nice golden wattle that's flowering atm.

I saw a flock of musk lorikeets today. At least I guess that's what they were.

I'm pretty tired too. Was out most of the day. Dentist tomorrow (just a checkup).

Thanks for letting me know with highlights pics, taking a bit to come up, I feel a bit awkward “dragging” everyone there for then nothing to look at. I have been thinking for a bit if I post I might just not tag then it will just come up and people will see if they are around saves bothering people I guess.

I have dentist tomorrow and see a dietician Thurs so a busy week for me. Normally I'm pushing uphill against depression and don't go out.

Ah the dentist! Good on you! I need to go there too been putting it off haha. Good on you for getting out. Good sailing at the moment? That is an awesome feeling ☀️🫶. Hmm my week is looking ok. Not too much on, will be walking though which I always look forward to a lot 🐶🐾. Thought I cooked her today we were out for 5 hours, wish I could tell you why- it’s animal related and I will in maybe a week or two just got to make sure it’s not in the news 🙈. Anyway I have a very good sunburn going on 🙊. Sometimes when you are looking for calm/ low stimulus days these things happen 🤪.

Wow sunburn in winter @Chasingsunsets . We've had blue sky the last couple of days but expect drizzle the next few days.

oh yes that moth what a little legend I honestly fell in love with his little fluffy hair style, so cute! Don’t think I have come across one of those types before. So it was cool to spot! The sunburn is improving probably going to loose some layers of skin 🙈 ah well that’s ok wasn’t too sure I just looked like a red beacon for while shining so bright 😅. Well that’s how it felt lol.

good news I see a new physio tomorrow so we will see how that goes looking forward to it but also worried, well it’s not really the word I’m looking for but just hope they are good at what they do and it’s worthwhile you know.
