Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

Oh no, I'm sure it still looks good though. I’m glad you usually come good after a while though, especially when the anxiety and shakes get that bad

@Nala2022 - it’s a horrible feeling, it’s been taking a lot out of me lately. Gives me headaches etc. nova is laying on my pillow staring me down.

I’m sorry it’s been taking so much out of you @Fluttershy1 it makes sense if it's been wearing you down and giving you headaches, feeling emotionally overwhelmed can do that to the body. I hope it eases for you soon

was in ER again this evening due to my MH deteriorating and my thoughts being wild, tried to manage at home but that wasn’t really working at all, so quite upset tonight laying in bed, managed to at least get to the chiropractor about my migraines. My neck was totally out.
