Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

I saw T @MissGremlin - I was so happy. She was just leaving but it made my day. She is working the nights on the weekend. So if I need her I know she’s there. Am safe

@MissGremlin - it was good, I showed her photos of nova and she fell in love with her heheh. We had a laugh because we were talking about someone I dislike on the team and my nickname for them hahaha.

If so would @MissGremlin - I have to keep heat on my neck for a day or so that’s what my chiropractor said but it’s also making me sleepy
