Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

@Fluttershy1 I'm sorry things have been so difficult lately. It sounds like you've had a lot to manage, both physically and mentally. I hope the infusion goes as smoothly as possible and that you're able to give yourself some time to rest and recover. I'm glad you're safe. @Fluttershy1 I'm glad your support worker is coming with you. Sometimes resting is hard when your mind and body won't settle, so please don't be hard on yourself. And what a cute photo of Ember and Nova having a cuddle! Hopefully their cosy little snuggle brings you a moment of comfort 💛
