Another full day of work today, tried to pace myself a little better, alas, come the end of the day I was achy and swollen as I was told , but still struggle to accept, however this is the reality of returning to work after injury. @Shaz51

Yet, we press on, and try and sleep enough and hope for the best my foot cooperates to handle one more day before a long weekend of 3 days...

Is this a regular event...and as I am a lazy reader, where is the location, please?

my friend @Appleblossom used to talk about it : we didn’t now how to do gentle : it’s something I still struggle with
