Hey @Shaz51 and others,
I always said I don't cook, but believe it or not, I cooked for the first time in 5 years, only a few days ago.
I first made 160 prawn and pork wontons (froze them in serving sizes), then I cooked them and served them with egg noodles, veges and roast duck. It was delish!
But no, I won't be doing that for a long time to come lol
And, we're inviting about 20 ppl over for lunch tomorrow. I'm not cooking. I'm entertaining them and my sister is cooking etc. Most is done already. She just has to make a few things in the morning.

Finished dinner here
I ate a bit of roast. Then dumped the remainder in the instant pot. With lemon juice, stock etc. I'll serve out portions with rice to freeze
Both variations were reasonably good. But I'm not very hungry today

Sounds like it works @DogMan79 🙂 What's an instant pot? A slow cooker? Then again, how can an 'instant' pot be a 'slow' cooker...
