@Mustang67 that's a shame they couldn't do the other two procedures but at least one is out of the way now. At least your body can have a chance to recover in between them.

yeah ahh , well hope things a bit better now. I was booking in for heart procedure 2 weeks ago now. they changed the date twice since then. now been told have no confirmed place at all. dont trust them anymore,dont want to have it done now, now matter how crap I feel @Mustang67

@TAB that not good. My niece has also had her surgery cancelled twice.

But it's not as serious as yours. Can you find another surgeon that makes you feel comfortable and can explain exactly what they are doing clearly to you, so that you feel confident in their abilities. They obviously feel you need something done, and I would hate to see you get worse and your quality of life reducing because of one doctor.

think the hangup is the dr seeing wants to do it himself and dates keep interfering with their holidays on little St james plus having eye operations as they are clinically blind..

Thanks @heartathome They couldn't perform the other two procedures they were going to do because of equipment usage elsewhere and they didn't want to do the hernia at the same time as they said it was high risk. So I still have one or two more surgeries ahead of me.

But I am comfortable and grateful they did the procedure that was causing me the most pain. So I should no longer have to go through that horrendous pain again.
