It sounds like such a complex situation for you both to be in... it wouldn't be easy to simply go and make a statement. Collating the screenshots is a very smart idea.

@AuntGlow I am trying to keep my mind busy by researching all I can about my coins and bullion. So I am learning and occupying my mind at the same time.
It's just the feeling that has been inside me since I read her first text message last night. It's a combination of disgust, fury and concern for my daughter's safety.
Because I can't work, we can't afford a rental house, so I have been living in a cabin at a caravan park for 6 years. We have a spare bedroom, but when I brought my daughter up here a few months ago, she realised all of her belongings won’t fit. So in her mind she will put up with his behaviour, if it means she can still have her belongings and computer etc with her.
I spoke to her this morning and she said she has processed her feelings and it has gone out of her head now.
But she did say it was unfair that he gets to hurt her mentally and physically, and he is not being held accountable for his actions.

Of course, and this just shows how fiercly protective and loving you are as a parent. I am so sorry you can't be with her right now, I can't even imagine how painful this must feel.
I can hear you are doing all that you can in such a complex situation...
Please try to connect with our community over the holiday period and reach out to your supports where you can. I am sure you're familiar with all of the helplines, but know they are there too.
