Thanks @MissGremlin I have taken other members advice from on here and am settling in well at home on a low fat diet. Now that the drain in finally out, the pain is much more manageable.

@TAB now that the drain is out, I am going ok. Only a small amount of pain here and there when I move. The drain was the cause of most of my pain. So I was very grateful when on day three they decided to remove it.

But they couldn't perform the other two procedures they were going to do because of equipment usage elsewhere, and they didn't want to do the hernia at the same time as they said it was high risk. So I still have one or two more surgeries ahead of me (moderator edited).
