@Shaz51 I am going to my partner's house... first time! We've only been together 6 months so I'm a little nervous haha but also very excited! Then probably just floating about, trying to get my house a bit more in order, and going to a friend's BBQ on the 28th which should be nice 😊

today I went to the ten-pin bowling with my support worker.
Even though I haven’t been feeling the best overall, however things such as going out with a companion (my support worker e.g.) can still make my days feel good in a way cause at least I did something that I know I need to do that’s important for my wellbeing.
