What strategies do you use to motivate yourself to do tasks like washing etc?

Usually I'm on top of my game, but a little unmotivated of late....

Would love any tips 😊

T- 4 days until iron infusion! I've implemented a new sleep schedule with my therapist... --- hope it all goes well @Rosepetal96

With the clothes washing, we put our dirty clothes straight in the washing machine on our way pass from the bathroom, so when it is full i add the washing powder and turn it on 😍

I only woke up about 2 hours ago, and I'm 5 coffees into today

Nothing to deserve this lethargic day, no drinking etc

I have had 2 coffees and 2 bottles of water

@Shaz51 , yes the cool weather is welcomed here, much more tolerable! Went for a beach side walk and now another park visit 🌻
