PayPal is not easy to deal with. I hear you just wanting a phone number to ring. My mum was referred to a medical service this week and they would only deal with email requests. If I wasn't here she'd be stuffed.

I hate these online only services @Realness They should be obliged to have a phone contact number. It is ageist and impossible for those who are not good with technology.

Yes it is unfair and very stress inducing for my anxiety levels @Realness . I’m going to go offline now. I need to try to relax.

Aww all the best with finding the path forward @Messylife - I remember study stress as feeling all-encompassing at times, it is so valid to feel overwhelmed with it all. I agree with @Realness that our mental health is not worth sacrificing. I hope you can carve out time to rest along the way 🤞

@GezzaP soooo valid, I am pretty sure it's like a 50/50 chance I will have a massive meltdown any time I have to deal with customer service stuff like that. Fingers crossed you can get it sorted without too much stress 💜
