@Shaz51 I'm struggling so much at the moment. I crashed early last night as I was spiralling fast but then I woke up and couldn't go back to sleep cos of the thoughts and voices that were so loud (I'm safe). My head is pounding cos I have a migraine and I feel sick. I'm about to try to get a bit of rest before having to face a very busy day.

I’m in a holiday cabin away from home for the weekend and it’s raining at the moment so perfect knitting weather! I’m planning on finishing a jumper and watching the cricket on tv later today/tonight. Life has been stressful so I just want to chill and try to relax.
